Head of Group Reporting

About the role

An experienced finance professional is needed to lead the Group Reporting and Financial Operations function for a growing international organisation. Reporting to senior leadership, the role will own consolidated financial reporting, governance, inventory accounting and the development of finance operations across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate consolidated monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for all legal entities.
• Manage close processes, reporting timetables and deliver accurate financial information to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
• Review management reporting, variance analysis and KPIs to support strategic decision‑making.
• Maintain a robust internal control framework and ensure compliance with accounting standards and corporate reporting requirements.
• Lead external audit coordination across jurisdictions and oversee statutory reporting obligations.
• Own group‑wide inventory accounting, including valuation, provisioning, stock controls and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with operational, manufacturing and supply‑chain teams to improve costing accuracy and inventory visibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multi‑entity financial reporting and consolidation.
• Strong technical accounting expertise and understanding of relevant accounting standards.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement finance processes in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable partnering with operational and executive teams worldwide.
