Head of Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the global marketing strategy for a fast‑scaling technology business based in Ireland. You will own the entire marketing lifecycle—from demand generation and content strategy to brand growth and measurable revenue impact—while working in a remote, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall marketing vision, covering demand creation, brand growth and revenue contribution.
• Build and run multi‑channel inbound programs across SEO, social media, email, content syndication, community and performance marketing.
• Create scalable content systems that leverage storytelling, audience psychology, multimedia formats and performance insights.
• Strengthen organic visibility with AI‑driven search and discovery strategies.
• Activate founder‑led marketing initiatives such as podcasts, speaking engagements and earned media.
• Leverage AI agents, automation platforms and workflow tools to improve efficiency and accelerate growth.
• Partner with Product and Partnerships teams to turn launches and integrations into go‑to‑market campaigns.
• Establish marketing processes, performance frameworks and measurement systems for continuous optimisation.
• Lead, mentor and grow high‑performing marketing teams while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, inbound or growth marketing.
• Proven track record leading marketing teams in high‑growth, fast‑moving environments.
• Strong strategic mindset combined with data‑driven experimentation and measurable results.
• Experience shaping brand narratives and building scalable marketing engines.
