About the role
We are looking for a proactive administrator to provide dedicated support to both the Health & Safety Director and the Managing Director for the UK/Ireland entity. Based in our Dublin head office, you will ensure smooth administrative operations, accurate record‑keeping and effective communication across site teams and senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update health & safety documentation, training records and certifications.
- Upload, track and control documents using 4Projects, M‑Files and Field View.
- Coordinate health & safety meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes.
- Provide executive administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, meeting logistics and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations and other business documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure a clean audit trail.
Required profile
- 3rd level qualification in Health & Safety (minimum diploma).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workload and manage multiple stakeholders.
