About the role

Join Center Parcs at Longford Forest as a High Ropes Instructor, where you will lead guests through exhilarating aerial adventures, climbing and tree‑trekking experiences. You’ll ensure every session is safe, fun and memorable while promoting a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Instruct and supervise aerial adventure, climbing and tree‑trekking activities.
• Engage with guests, providing clear guidance and a friendly experience.
• Set up, inspect and maintain all equipment in line with company safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong communication skills.
• Physically capable of meeting the demands of the role and comfortable working at height.
• Confident, sociable and a strong team player.
