Housing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Housing Officer to join our Housing Services team in Dublin. The role involves delivering high‑quality housing management and lettings services within an assigned locality, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Housing Services Manager in developing operational priorities and delivery plans.
• Work with the Lettings Team to achieve let‑to‑let targets and minimise void periods.
• Manage tenancy agreements and ensure compliance with Tuath tenancy policies and statutory requirements.
• Conduct property viewings, sign‑ups and hand‑over processes as directed by the Lettings Coordinator.
• Take ownership of the customer journey from pre‑tenancy through to letting, promoting a sense of pride and belonging.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including CREL, to improve service delivery and support Customer Scrutiny Reviews.
• Prepare post‑letting hand‑over packs and ensure properties are set up correctly for new tenants.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused attitude with the ability to build relationships in the community.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet KPI targets.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity.

Required skills

• Knowledge of housing management and lettings processes.
