HR Advisor – 11‑Month Contract (Dublin)

About the role

We are looking for an HR Advisor to join a leading global organisation’s People team in Dublin. In this 11‑month fixed‑term role you will act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers across Ireland and the wider EMEA region, helping to deliver a high‑quality employee experience throughout the lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance to employees and managers.
• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to the first day of work.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data, guaranteeing compliance and data integrity in HR systems.
• Support payroll, benefits, leave administration and employee documentation processes.
• Advise managers on HR policies, procedures and best practice, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Build strong relationships with HR Business Partners, specialist HR teams, Payroll, Legal and external providers.
• Contribute to HR projects and process‑improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• Promote employee engagement initiatives and support an inclusive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an HR Advisory, HR Coordinator or HR Operations role within a fast‑paced environment.
• Solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and core HR processes.
• Experience with onboarding, HR administration, payroll coordination or employee records.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, customer‑focused approach with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Workday (or similar HRIS platform) experience.

What we offer

• Competitive salary €55,000‑€66,000 per year.
• Hybrid working model based in Dublin 15.
