HR Advisor – Fixed‑Term Role in Tullamore

About the role

William Grant & Sons is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its Operational HR Team in Tullamore on a fixed‑term basis until May 2027. You will act as a trusted partner to leaders and employees, delivering practical HR advice across a wide range of people matters in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures and employee‑relations issues.
• Support end‑to‑end recruitment and selection processes, from requisition to offer.
• Partner with managers to build understanding of HR best practice and processes.
• Coordinate and track learning and development initiatives and local implementation plans.
• Monitor people metrics, identify trends and recommend HR interventions where needed.
• Assist with the delivery of local HR projects and business initiatives.
• Promote an open, inclusive and empowering culture for all staff.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a generalist HR role.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate confidently at all levels.
• Comfortable providing practical HR advice across a variety of people matters.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a wider HR team.
• Good understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice.
