HR Business Partner – Hybrid (Letterkenny)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Business Partner to join our team in Letterkenny. Working in a hybrid model (3‑4 days onsite), you will help shape a resilient, diverse, and collaborative culture while delivering strategic HR solutions that drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously improve the impact, quality, and value of HR services by designing and owning people‑related initiatives and process improvements.
• Manage talent retention and engagement activities to keep skilled employees motivated.
• Collaborate with global and local HR and business stakeholders to implement organisational initiatives.
• Conduct weekly or bi‑weekly meetings with business units to align HR support with operational needs.
• Provide proactive HR advice, coaching, and guidance to leaders, managers, and associates.
• Analyse HR metrics and trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
