HR Business Partner

About the role

We are a purpose‑driven semi‑state organisation delivering large‑scale development and infrastructure projects across Ireland. As an HR Business Partner you will support the People & Culture strategy, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers throughout the employee life‑cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, performance management and talent acquisition.
• Provide employee‑relations guidance and resolve issues in line with governance standards.
• Lead HR programmes covering engagement, retention, compensation, benefits and compliance.
• Coach managers, contribute to HR projects and continuously improve policies and processes.
• Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver a consistent, high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level.
• Experience in public‑sector or semi‑state environments and familiarity with audit and governance processes is a plus.

Required skills

• BambooHR (or similar HRIS) proficiency.
