HR Business Partner

About the role

Our client, a global FMCG organisation with iconic household brands and over 400 employees across five sites, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team in Dublin West. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating people strategy into tangible actions that drive performance, engagement and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with business goals and provide coaching on leadership, team effectiveness and organisational design.
• Act as a trusted advisor on complex people matters, including grievance and disciplinary issues, and drive organisational effectiveness.
• Support workforce planning, talent mapping and succession planning.
• Lead organisational design and change initiatives to improve performance and agility.
• Develop and implement talent development and retention strategies, including employee engagement surveys and annual reward schemes.
• Challenge senior management, influence decision‑making and comfortably manage tension and difficult conversations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast‑moving, large‑scale environment.
• Strong gravitas and the ability to act as a right‑hand to senior HR leadership.
• Excellent advisory and influencing skills, with a track record of handling grievance and disciplinary cases.
• Strategic thinker who can also deliver tactical, day‑to‑day HR solutions.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting and driving change across multiple sites.
