About the role
Deloitte is seeking an HR Business Partner Manager to support its T&T business unit. The role combines strategic HR partnership with hands‑on delivery of talent initiatives, analytics, and project work in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to deliver a first‑class, business‑led HR service.
- Manage firm‑wide talent programs such as performance management, learning & development, rewards, graduate and experienced hire recruitment, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion.
- Provide high‑quality reporting and advanced analytics, turning complex people data into actionable insights.
- Support HR Business Partners on people and talent initiatives and ad‑hoc projects.
Required profile
- Solid experience in HR generalist and business partnering roles.
- Proven ability to build trust with senior leaders, influence decisions and handle difficult conversations.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
