HR Business Partner – North Dublin

About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in North Dublin. Reporting to a senior HR manager, you will partner with senior leaders across commercial, operational and support functions, blending strategic business partnering with hands‑on generalist HR work.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to develop people plans that support commercial priorities and growth.
- Build strong relationships with managers and leadership teams across a distributed, field‑based workforce.
- Coach managers on people‑management capabilities, including feedback, difficult conversations, performance management and development.
- Manage employee‑relations matters end‑to‑end, providing consistent guidance.
- Support business change, restructuring and integration activities with a focus on people impact.
- Use HR data and analytics to identify trends and inform decision‑making.
- Contribute to talent management, succession planning and capability development.
- Drive diversity, inclusion and engagement initiatives and act on survey findings.
- Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and HR standards.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team on hiring aligned to workforce plans.
- Support onboarding and help new hires succeed.
- Participate in wider People projects to improve employee experience.
- Mentor and support junior HR team members.
Required profile
- Proven experience at senior HR Generalist or HR Business Partner level.
- Hands‑on full life‑cycle HR experience, including employee relations, performance management and Irish employment law.
- Experience supporting a commercially driven, distributed or field‑based workforce.
- Strong curiosity about the business and ability to engage senior commercial leaders.
- Comfort with ambiguity and organisational change, seeing opportunity rather than disruption.
- Excellent relationship‑building and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery.
- Willingness to work across multiple office locations.
- Capability to mentor and develop junior HR colleagues.
