HR Executive – 4 Day Week – Hospitality (Limerick)

About the role

We are seeking a Stand‑Alone HR Executive to lead the HR function on‑site at our Limerick hospitality property. The role offers a 4‑day working week, autonomy and full support from the Group HR team.

Key responsibilities

• Act as trusted HR advisor to managers on recruitment, performance, training, employee engagement and HR best practice.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job descriptions, advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and onboarding.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinaries and grievances.
• Liaise with Accounts/Payroll on new starters, pay changes and working hours.
• Maintain accurate HR records and employee data using Microsoft Excel and company systems.
• Monitor and report on employee absence levels.
• Ensure HR administration complies with current employment legislation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in an HR role.
• HR qualification completed or in progress.
• Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations and payroll liaison.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Confidence using HR information systems.
