HR Generalist – Dublin Restaurant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join a vibrant Dublin restaurant. You will act as the primary HR contact, supporting managers and staff while helping to shape a positive workplace culture in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR advice and support to managers and employees.
• Lead employee‑relations matters, recruitment processes and performance‑management cycles.
• Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and internal HR policies.
• Support staff development initiatives and drive continuous improvement of HR systems.
• Partner with senior leadership on people strategy and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional handling of confidential and sensitive situations.
• CIPD accreditation or a relevant third‑level HR qualification is desirable.
