HR Generalist – Fixed Term (Hybrid)

About the role

Nua Healthcare Services is looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist on a fixed‑term basis to support its Naas office. The role offers a hybrid working model and provides comprehensive training and development aligned with the company's high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee personnel files in compliance with GDPR and HIQA requirements.
• Administer health, safety, welfare and wellness programmes.
• Develop, update and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance hearings.
• Manage compensation and benefits, including pension administration and discount schemes.
• Oversee absence management and liaise with risk and liability teams.
• Contribute to HR analytics, tracking key data and identifying performance improvement opportunities.
• Participate in succession planning and departmental goal setting.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling employee relations cases at all levels.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law, work permits and compliance matters.
• Ability to administer benefits packages and support line managers on HR issues.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
