About the role

We are seeking a proactive, people‑focused HR Generalist to join a growing international organisation in Limerick City. This hybrid role offers exposure across the full employee lifecycle, collaboration with leaders across multiple regions, and the chance to contribute to strategic HR initiatives that drive organisational growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day HR guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes, absence management, and workplace issues.
  • Coach managers on people‑related topics and develop leadership capability.
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including international hiring for business and technical functions.
  • Support workforce planning and organisational growth initiatives.
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to deliver insights for decision‑making.
  • Assist with compensation, reward, and employee engagement programmes.
  • Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, audits, and broader people initiatives.
  • Support organisational change and continuous‑improvement activities.
  • Ensure HR practices align with current employment legislation and best practice.

Required profile

  • Passionate about people and creating positive employee experiences.
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused, and highly organised.
  • Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Professional and discreet handling of employee‑relations matters.
  • Eager to grow within an evolving international business.

Required skills

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
  • Experience across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Analytical and reporting abilities, including proficiency with HR systems and Excel.
