HR Generalist (Permanent) – Dublin West (Hybrid)

About the role

The organisation is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join its Dublin West team on a permanent basis. The role is hybrid, offering a mix of office and remote work, and provides hands‑on responsibility across the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, off‑boarding and all HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR advice and support to managers and staff.
• Handle employee‑relations cases, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data.
• Support recruitment, selection and onboarding activities.
• Assist with learning & development and employee‑engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role with strong knowledge of Irish employment law.
• Proven ability to manage employee‑relations cases and investigations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly organised with the capacity to juggle competing priorities.
• Discreet, solutions‑focused and proactive.
• CIPD qualification or progress towards it is desirable.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑site or commercial environment is a plus.
• Full clean driving licence and access to own transport.
