HR Generalist – Sandyford (Fully Onsite)

About the role

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join a well‑established organisation in Sandyford, Dublin. This hands‑on position offers broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle, supporting both managers and staff in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR guidance to managers and employees.
• Manage onboarding, probation reviews, contractual changes and off‑boarding processes.
• Support recruitment by advertising roles, screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain HR systems and employee records accurately.
• Assist with payroll, compensation and benefits administration.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• Support Health & Safety compliance and facility‑related queries.
• Ensure HR policies align with Irish employment legislation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as an HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law.
• Relevant HR qualification (e.g., CIPD) or progress towards one.
• Comfortable working in a busy, operational setting.
• Experience with HR systems, particularly Oracle, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
