HRIS Coordinator – Hybrid – Dublin South-West

About the role

We are partnering with a growing organisation to add an HRIS Coordinator to a busy, supportive HR team in Dublin South‑West. The role blends people, process and technology, offering exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, payroll support and employee administration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HR systems and employee data.
• Support end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Produce HR reports and contribute to process improvements.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle administration.
• Assist with payroll‑related activities and ensure HR compliance.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Confidence working with systems, data and technology.
• Proactive attitude with a genuine interest in developing an HR career.
• Prior experience in an HRIS‑focused role is essential.
• Experience in administration, HR, recruitment or a similar environment is advantageous.
