Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

This position is for an experienced HR professional to act as a trusted advisor to managers in a multinational manufacturing environment. You will support workforce management, employee relations, organisational effectiveness and continuous improvement across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers and leaders to provide guidance on workforce management, employee relations and HR policies.
• Coach and support People Managers on a range of HR matters.
• Support organisational change initiatives and people‑focused projects.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to deliver a consistent, high‑quality employee experience.
• Support engagement, culture and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
• Use HR data and insights to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and company policies.
• Partner with wider HR teams on global and regional people programmes.
• Support continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.
• Participate in local and international HR‑related projects as required.

Required profile

• 6+ years of HR experience in a multinational or matrixed environment.
• Background as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or People Partner.
• Experience in manufacturing, pharma, biotech, med‑tech or other regulated sectors is advantageous.
• Strong employee‑relations experience and knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence, solve problems and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organisational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Degree qualified in HR or a related discipline.
