About the role
This position is for an experienced HR professional to act as a trusted advisor to managers in a multinational manufacturing environment. You will support workforce management, employee relations, organisational effectiveness and continuous improvement across the site.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with managers and leaders to provide guidance on workforce management, employee relations and HR policies.
- Coach and support People Managers on a range of HR matters.
- Support organisational change initiatives and people‑focused projects.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to deliver a consistent, high‑quality employee experience.
- Support engagement, culture and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
- Use HR data and insights to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and company policies.
- Partner with wider HR teams on global and regional people programmes.
- Support continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.
- Participate in local and international HR‑related projects as required.
Required profile
- 6+ years of HR experience in a multinational or matrixed environment.
- Background as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or People Partner.
- Experience in manufacturing, pharma, biotech, med‑tech or other regulated sectors is advantageous.
- Strong employee‑relations experience and knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence, solve problems and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organisational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Degree qualified in HR or a related discipline.
