Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

This permanent position is with a leading healthcare organisation in Dublin, offering a hybrid and condensed working week after an initial onboarding period. You will join a supportive HR team where you will receive mentoring, exposure to complex employee‑relations matters and the chance to develop into a trusted HR Business Partner.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers across business areas, delivering practical HR advice and guidance.
• Manage employee‑relations cases, including absence, performance, grievance and disciplinary processes.
• Coach managers to build confidence and capability in people management.
• Support a highly engaged, purpose‑led workforce.
• Gain exposure to industrial‑relations and unionised environments.
• Ensure HR processes, documentation and decisions are consistent, fair and compliant.
• Contribute to HR projects, change initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Use HR data and reporting to provide insights and support decision‑making.

Required profile

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably with employee‑relations or case management exposure.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and a passion for developing ER skills.
• Excellent written communication with strong attention to detail.
• Confidence building relationships and supporting managers.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
• Interest in working in a purpose‑led, people‑focused environment.
