Human Resources Generalist – Employee Relations & Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join a close‑knit HR team at the Head Office in County Meath. The role is high‑volume and split between employee relations and talent acquisition, supporting a multicultural workforce across Ireland and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for employee‑relations queries, managing investigations, absence cases and disciplinary processes.
• Partner with site managers to prepare documentation, set expectations and guide them through mediations and disciplinary outcomes.
• Implement absenteeism controls, track metrics and train line managers on standard templates.
• Provide translation support where needed for a diverse workforce.
• Support the Senior TA Specialist by screening, interviewing and building pipelines for high‑demand technical roles.
• Conduct phone screenings and maintain strong candidate relationships in a competitive market.
• Assist the wider HR team with onboarding, policy updates and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of HR Generalist experience with proven handling of complex employee‑relations cases and high‑volume recruitment.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and confidence guiding operational managers.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Full driving licence and own vehicle for travel to regional sites and Dublin (expenses covered).
• Willingness to work fully on‑site in County Meath.
