Human Resources Manager – Maternity Cover (Fixed-Term)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to provide maternity cover on a fixed‑term basis until December 2027. Based in our Dublin office, you will work closely with the Managing Director and global HR teams to deliver a people‑focused HR strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, performance management and HR administration.
• Partner with shared services to address employee queries on benefits, leave, pensions and health insurance.
• Support the rollout of global HR initiatives and projects within the Dublin office.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system.
• Ensure HR policies comply with Irish employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance to managers and staff on employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
• Promote consistent application of HR policies across the organisation.
• Assist with performance management cycles, goal setting and feedback.
• Identify development opportunities and support succession planning with managers.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to deliver training programmes.
• Support recruitment activities, participate in interviews and help attract high‑performing talent.
• Work with payroll teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and coordinate benefits enrolment and off‑boarding.
• Contribute to employee engagement and culture initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operations within a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and compliance requirements.
• Excellent advisory and communication skills, able to build trusted relationships with employees and leadership.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
