IAM Platform Delivery & Operations Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IAM Platform Delivery & Operations Lead to join a large enterprise cybersecurity team in Dublin. This contract role focuses on coordinating platform delivery, managing releases, and driving automation, resilience, and operational excellence across critical IAM services.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the IAM platform backlog.
• Coordinate releases across multiple engineering teams.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery momentum.
• Manage production releases and change processes.
• Track risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
• Support platform improvements in automation, security, and efficiency.
• Coordinate work across a small team of cloud and platform engineers (no direct people management).

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering cloud platform or infrastructure projects in a large, complex enterprise.
• Comfortable working with globally distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery coordination skills.

Required skills

• Azure (preferred) or AWS cloud platforms.
• Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or OpenTofu.
• Release management and Agile delivery experience.
• CI/CD tools, e.g., Jenkins.
• Virtual Machines and Kubernetes (AKS preferred).
• Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow.
