Immigration Legal Executive

About the role

The law firm is expanding its immigration team and seeks an experienced Immigration Legal Executive to manage a diverse portfolio of cases. Working closely with solicitors and clients, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality immigration services in Dublin.

Key responsibilities

• Manage immigration files from initial instruction through to conclusion.
• Prepare and submit applications for visas, residence permits, citizenship, family reunification, employment permits and international protection.
• Liaise with clients, government departments and relevant agencies.
• Draft correspondence, submissions and other legal documentation.
• Maintain accurate file records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist solicitors with immigration‑related litigation and appeals as required.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience across all aspects of Irish immigration law.
• Strong knowledge of current immigration legislation, policies and procedures.
• Excellent organisational and case‑management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with legal case management systems.
