Implementation Consultant – Regulatory Information Management

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking an Implementation Consultant to help life‑science customers optimize their regulatory data and document management processes using the Vault RIM suite. You will work remotely within the EU/UK, translating global regulatory needs into solution designs and configuring cloud‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement software and design solutions with Veeva Regulatory suite (Registrations, Submissions, Archive, Publishing) at life‑science customers.
• Lead configuration workshops, design, document, prototype and deploy solutions.
• Manage program and project activities, including resource planning and cross‑functional team leadership.
• Communicate effectively between project teams, customers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of technology implementation services experience in life sciences or healthcare.
• Technical ability and willingness to roll up sleeves to design, configure and implement a RIM solution.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organization, teamwork and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
