Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale creator partnership initiatives for a fast‑growing consumer brand operating across Europe. You will own the full influencer lifecycle—from talent sourcing and relationship building to campaign execution and performance analysis—while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to turn influencer marketing into a revenue‑driving channel.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and optimise end‑to‑end influencer campaigns focused on brand awareness and performance.
• Identify, recruit, negotiate and nurture relationships with creators and influencers across key platforms.
• Develop clear campaign briefs and oversee content production through publication.
• Monitor performance metrics, extract insights and implement optimisation strategies.
• Build scalable influencer frameworks and improve workflows through automation, technology and AI‑driven solutions.
• Support influencer events, activations and community‑building initiatives across multiple markets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align influencer strategies with broader marketing and business goals.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in influencer or social media marketing, creator partnerships or a related field.
• Background in a high‑growth D2C, e‑commerce or performance‑focused consumer business.
• Proven ability to manage influencer campaigns from strategy through reporting and optimisation.
• Experience with affiliate programmes, discount‑code strategies and social commerce initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
