Information Technology Support Analyst – Dublin

About the role

We are seeking an Information Technology Support Analyst to join a leading Dublin‑based organisation. This permanent, on‑site position is based in the city centre and offers the opportunity to become part of an established, high‑performing IT team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support to end‑users and resolve IT issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems on site and via cloud services.
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, phones, and other end‑user devices.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets (ITAM) and track issues to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to log, escalate, and resolve tickets efficiently.
• Contribute to IT projects such as software deployments and hardware upgrades.
• Escalate complex technical problems to senior team members when required.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot Office 365 issues and perform software installations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail‑oriented work ethic.
• Team‑player attitude and proactive problem‑solving mindset.
• Enthusiasm for technology and a desire to continuously learn.
