Information Technology Support Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an Information Technology Support Analyst to join a leading Dublin‑based organisation on a permanent basis. The role is based on‑site in the city centre and offers the chance to become part of an established, high‑performing IT team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support to end‑users, troubleshooting hardware, software and cloud‑based issues.
• Configure, deploy and maintain laptops, smartphones and other end‑user devices.
• Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory (ITAM) and track issues to prevent recurrence.
• Log, monitor and resolve tickets, escalating where appropriate.
• Assist with IT projects such as software roll‑outs and hardware upgrades.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and a keen interest in technology.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Active Directory and Azure AD administration.
• Management of security groups and access permissions.
• Troubleshooting Office 365 issues and software installations.
• Hardware and software diagnostics on‑site and via cloud services.
• IT asset management (ITAM) practices.
