Information Technology Support Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an Information Technology Support Analyst to join a market‑leading company in Dublin city centre. This permanent, on‑site position offers the chance to become part of an established team and develop your technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support to end‑users, resolving hardware, software and cloud‑service issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair laptops, phones and other end‑user devices both on‑site and remotely.
• Assist with the setup, configuration and ongoing maintenance of devices.
• Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory (ITAM) and track issues to prevent recurrence.
• Log, monitor and escalate tickets in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Contribute to IT projects such as software deployments and hardware upgrades.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and handle multiple priorities.
