Instructional Designer – 6‑month contract (potential permanent)

About the role

We are seeking an Instructional Designer to join a fast‑moving training team for a globally recognised technology and e‑commerce leader. The role is based in Dublin on a six‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of becoming a permanent position. You will work closely with subject‑matter experts to create engaging learning experiences that simplify complex concepts for buyers and inventory planners.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to define clear learning objectives.
• Conduct training needs analyses and review existing documentation.
• Design and develop classroom, online and blended learning content.
• Create evaluation tools to measure knowledge transfer and learning outcomes.
• Build templates and processes to streamline material development.
• Maintain and update existing programmes to keep content accurate and relevant.

Required profile

• Strong written communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Self‑driven learner comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
