Instructional Designer – E‑learning for Digital Transformation

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create and enhance web‑based training for a large‑scale systems upgrade as part of a major digital transformation programme. You will work closely with technical subject‑matter experts to turn complex processes into clear, engaging learning experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and update e‑learning modules using Articulate 360 and Storyline.
- Collaborate with SMEs to translate technical content into user‑friendly training materials.
- Produce supporting videos, demonstrations, guides and interactive learning activities.
- Maintain consistency and quality across all training assets.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Instructional Design, e‑learning or Learning & Development.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively.
- Experience with software implementations, digital transformation projects, MES or regulated industries is a plus.
