Intermediate Interior Designer – High-End Residential Projects

About the role

Ash Wilson Design, an award‑winning boutique studio in Dublin, is seeking an enthusiastic Intermediate Interior Designer. You will work closely with the Director and the design team to deliver high‑end residential and boutique commercial projects from concept through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, material palettes and presentation documents.
• Produce accurate technical drawing packages using AutoCAD, including plans, elevations, joinery details and schedules.
• Research, source and specify furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes and accessories; prepare FF&E schedules and coordinate quotations.
• Support project delivery by attending client meetings, supplier appointments and site visits, and liaising with contractors and consultants.
• Assist with installations, styling and final handovers while maintaining organized project documentation.

Required profile

• Degree (or equivalent) in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in an interior design or architectural practice, primarily on residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of FF&E specification and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with a detail‑driven approach.
