Internal Recruiter (3-6 month Fixed-Term Contract)

About the role

Zinkworks is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Recruiter on a 3‑6 month fixed‑term basis. The role is ideal for candidates with 2‑4 years of recruitment experience who thrive in fast‑moving environments and are eager to support the company’s growth across its telecom and financial services projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.
• Utilise Notion and TeamTailor to track candidate progress and maintain recruitment data.
• Headhunt and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Draft and post job adverts on job boards and social media platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate fit with Zinkworks’ culture and role requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify team needs and align recruitment priorities.
• Maintain recruitment documentation in the Microsoft Office suite and provide administrative support such as interview scheduling.
• Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and networking activities to enhance Zinkworks’ employer brand.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related administrative roles.
• Strong resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude in a dynamic setting.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and internal stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Notion.
• Experience using TeamTailor (strong advantage).
• LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
• Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook.
