Internal Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Internal Sales Executive to manage and grow relationships with schools, colleges, retailers and businesses across Ireland. Based in our Gorey office, you will handle enquiries, prepare quotations and support the sales process from initial contact to order completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales enquiries via phone and email.
• Proactively contact schools and other organisations to introduce products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, principals and purchasing staff.
• Follow up quotations, convert leads into sales and identify upselling opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders and invoices and keep customer records up‑to‑date in the CRM.
• Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Support seasonal sales campaigns, promotions and sales reporting.

Required profile

• Previous experience in internal sales, telesales, customer service or office administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude and commercially aware.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
• Good IT proficiency, especially Microsoft Office and email applications.
