Internal Sales / Telesales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused individual to join our team as an Internal Sales / Telesales Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering expert advice on hardware and construction materials while driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
• Provide product recommendations and expert advice to customers.
• Process orders, prepare quotes, and follow up on enquiries efficiently.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Pursue new leads and business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in internal sales, telesales, or customer service (preferably in hardware or a related industry).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and a team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using sales software for follow‑up and conversion.
