IT Analyst - Infrastructure

About the role

The IT Analyst – Infrastructure will join the site IT infrastructure team in Limerick, supporting manufacturing, laboratory and process automation environments within a regulated setting. The role works closely with Digital Plant & Applications, global infrastructure groups and external vendors to ensure reliable and compliant IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Support, manage and maintain the site’s IT business and manufacturing infrastructure, including servers and workstations.
• Perform hardware and software lifecycle activities, such as upgrades and retirement of GxP‑qualified equipment.
• Act as the primary site liaison for global infrastructure teams on project delivery, outage coordination and issue resolution.
• Generate and execute qualification and test documentation to meet Quality Standards, GxP, cybersecurity and data‑integrity requirements.
• Partner with business units to minimise production‑related infrastructure incidents, introduce new technologies and support audit activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical or other regulated industry is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and decision‑making abilities, capable of repetitive tasks and working under time pressure.
• Willingness to work on‑site daily, travel quarterly and provide out‑of‑hours support when needed.
