IT Graduate – 12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

Arthur Cox LLP is seeking an IT Graduate to join its IT Operations team in Dublin on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. This role offers hands‑on exposure to a wide range of enterprise technologies, including cloud services, security, audio‑visual collaboration tools and service management, while supporting the firm’s critical IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line and second‑line support for end‑users and internal systems.
• Assist in the maintenance and optimisation of Azure cloud environments and Microsoft 365 services.
• Contribute to cyber‑security monitoring and incident response activities.
• Support audio‑visual and video‑conferencing equipment across the office.
• Participate in ITIL‑based service management processes and operational excellence projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (or final‑year student) in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and take initiative.
