IT Graduate – 24‑Month Fixed‑Term Programme

About the role

Join PepsiCo Ireland’s IT Graduate programme for a 24‑month fixed‑term experience. You will rotate through two distinct assignments, gaining hands‑on exposure to global IT teams, best‑in‑class technology and business‑critical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in troubleshooting IT issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Generate, update and maintain IT reports and documentation.
• Engage with IT teams on routine tasks and attend IT team meetings.
• Identify and deliver IT process improvements.
• Support the rollout of IT projects across PepsiCo sites and lead mini‑projects where applicable.
• Collaborate on graduate group projects to explore new technologies and develop problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Assist with PepsiCo’s IT Internship and TY work‑experience programmes.
• Contribute to Employee Resource Groups and represent PepsiCo at outreach events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, BIS, Software Engineering, Data & Analytics or a related STEM field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organise and prioritise work effectively.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders, colleagues, suppliers and global teams.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and delivering superior service.
• Personable, approachable and comfortable working with remote teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
