IT System Administrator / Cloud Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IT System Administrator / Cloud Engineer to join our growing team in Dublin South West. The role will support both on‑premises and Azure environments, reporting to the Cloud Manager, and will have the opportunity to shape and modernise our infrastructure as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Maintaining on‑premises and Azure systems
• Researching, designing and implementing new infrastructure
• Supporting internal staff and external customers
• Monitoring systems for availability, performance and security
• Reporting on system health to senior management

Required profile

• Full working rights in Ireland
• Ability to travel to the Dublin South West office
• Hands‑on sysadmin mindset with interest in cloud engineering

Required skills

• Windows Server administration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
• Linux experience (CentOS/Debian, Bash)
• Networking knowledge (routing, firewalls, VPNs)
• Azure services (VMs, VNETs, Key Vaults, Storage, RBAC)
• Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Microsoft Defender
• Scripting with PowerShell, Python or Azure CLI
• Awareness of ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and NIST CSF (a plus)
