ITIL Trainer (Freelance) – Ireland

About the role

Althris Training is looking for an experienced ITIL Trainer to join us on a freelance basis in Ireland. You will design and deliver high‑quality ITIL training to individuals and corporate teams, helping organisations improve their service management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update comprehensive ITIL course materials.
• Deliver engaging onsite training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Provide practical support and guidance to participants during and after training.
• Assess learning outcomes and measure training effectiveness.
• Stay current with ITIL developments and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an ITIL trainer or instructor.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL frameworks, implementation strategies, and best practices.
• Experience in instructional design and adapting content to different learner needs.
• Strong communication and facilitation abilities.
• Relevant ITIL certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, Practitioner, or higher).
• Ability to manage remote sessions and use virtual training tools.
