About the role
Logitech is looking for a proactive Junior Marketing Specialist to join its Marketing Operations team. You will support the Personal Workplace Solutions business group by managing purchase orders, analysing marketing spend, and building resources for the marketing community.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the central point of contact for all marketing purchase orders, coordinating with finance and procurement and resolving issues.
- Conduct deep‑dive analyses of working (media, activation) and non‑working (production, agency fees) costs, supporting monthly and ad‑hoc reporting for the CMO.
- Act as the subject‑matter expert for Business Group reporting within the OCRM platform, creating and enhancing regular and ad‑hoc reports.
- Coordinate cross‑functional process‑improvement projects such as localisation, asset management and toolkit optimisation.
- Maintain a centralized repository of marketing resources, best‑practice guides, templates and FAQs, fostering knowledge‑sharing across the team.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, operations, finance or a related field (internships welcome).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and visualisations.
- Effective communicator and team player comfortable partnering with cross‑functional groups.
- Fluency in English and a keen eye for detail and presentation.
