Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

Spotlight Oral Care is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join its fast‑growing team. This entry‑level position offers a great first step for a talented designer who wants to develop skills in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment while supporting both digital and print marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design on‑brand campaign assets, marketing emails, templates, website banners, landing page visuals, and digital advertising creatives.
• Create social media graphics, short‑form video content, and reels for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, adapting formats to each channel.
• Stay updated on visual trends and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
• Assist with presentation deck design for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, and New Product Development teams to meet ad‑hoc design needs.
• Maintain organized design files and follow naming and filing conventions.

Required profile

• A degree in graphic design or a related creative discipline with a strong portfolio.
• At least 1 year of graphic design experience.
• Ability to take direction, interpret briefs, and apply creative sensibility within brand guidelines.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and capacity to deliver quality work under time pressure.
