Junior GSOC Operator – Global Security Operations Centre

About the role

Control Risks is expanding its Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) in Dublin and is looking for motivated Junior Analysts to join the team on a 24/7 shift pattern. You will work alongside experienced security professionals to monitor, analyse and respond to threats affecting people, assets and operations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, assess and report on global threats and regional risks in real time.
• Conduct open‑source and proprietary intelligence analysis.
• Perform system audits and assist in incident response planning.
• Support enterprise‑level data analysis and security assessments.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in risk analysis, intelligence or security monitoring.
• Strong written communication and ability to produce clear, concise reports for stakeholders.
• Leadership and decision‑making skills, with the capacity to stay calm during high‑pressure events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OSINT tools.
• Experience using databases and incident‑management platforms.
• Technical knowledge of alarm/CCTV systems and risk‑monitoring tools.
