Junior Listing Paralegal – Dublin

About the role

This position supports a top‑tier Dublin law firm in preparing and managing listing documentation for investment funds and debt securities. The role is ideal for recent graduates with a legal or business background who are eager to develop expertise in securities listings across multiple exchanges.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on drafting listing particulars and application documents for fund and debt projects.
• Liaise with stock exchanges (Euronext Dublin, Cayman Islands Stock Exchange, Vienna Stock Exchange) and service providers to progress active listings.
• Interpret and communicate listing rules and regulatory updates to an international client base.
• Maintain client relationships and manage a portfolio of listing projects.

Required profile

• Business or Legal degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a confident telephone manner.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
• Self‑motivated, analytical and proactive attitude.
