Junior Recruiter (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

Springtide Project Services, a division of IPS, is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to support its growing technical consultancy business. Based in Dublin, you will work in a hybrid setting, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent for engineering, construction, and project services functions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and position requirements.
• Source, attract, and engage candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring across multiple technical disciplines.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Create job advertisements and assist with recruitment marketing materials.
• Communicate status updates, interview feedback, and offer details to candidates.
• Support the offer process, including reference checks and background screening.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Based in Dublin and able to follow a hybrid schedule.

Required skills

• Experience with job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
