About the role
Join a fast‑growing IT recruitment consultancy in Dublin as a Junior Recruitment Consultant. You will receive full training and mentorship while contributing to the hiring process for leading tech clients.
Key responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for partnered clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across Ireland and beyond.
- Source and assess top IT talent in the market.
- Manage a smooth delivery process, from interview coordination to offer negotiation.
- Achieve and exceed KPIs and recruitment targets.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of professional experience in any field.
- Proactive, results‑driven mindset with a strong desire to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
