Junior Recruitment Consultant – Full Training Provided

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join Access Healthcare as Junior Recruitment Consultants. The position offers full training from day one, allowing you to quickly develop the expertise needed to succeed in the recruitment industry.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training programme covering over 200 modules and 1:1 coaching.
• Engage with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and match talent accordingly.
• Drive business results in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a sales‑focused role (e.g., sales representative, business development, inside sales, customer success).
• Ambitious, growth‑driven mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is a plus but not mandatory.
