Junior Recruitment Consultant – Full Training Provided

About the role

Access Healthcare is looking for ambitious individuals to join our team as Junior Recruitment Consultants. You will receive extensive training from day one and work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment where your performance directly fuels your success.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver recruitment solutions.
• Source, screen and present qualified candidates to meet client requirements.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement.
• Achieve and exceed placement targets while building strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales‑focused role (e.g., Sales Rep, Business Development, Inside Sales, Customer Success).
• Ambitious, growth‑driven mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is a plus but not mandatory.
