About the role

As a Key Holder at Levi Strauss & Co., you will be the frontline ambassador of the Levi’s® brand, ensuring the store runs smoothly during your shifts, including opening and closing when management is absent. This full‑time, 40‑hour position blends customer service excellence with operational leadership on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying brand values.
• Lead, motivate and support Stylists to achieve personal and store KPIs.
• Manage store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures.
• Assist store management with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Support deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s® brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Confidence in leading and supporting a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with proactive, solution‑focused approach.
• Ability to stay calm, make decisions and take ownership in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to support store management as needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
